Senate PASSES reconciliation bill
The Senate passed its version of the "big beautiful bill", which will now go back to the House to be voted again due to the changes made to the House version. It does have fewer of the damaging Medicaid changes in it then the version proposed a few weeks ago, but it's still bad news. Vice President JD Vance had to cast the tie-breaking vote to pass it today.
