Which provisions of the Senate's "big beautiful bill" violate the rules for reconciliation?

This memo from the Democratic members of the Senate Budget Committee details all of the provisions found by the Senate Parliamentarian to violate the Byrd Rule, and therefore jeopardize the simple-majority passage of the wideranging bill that would gut federal Medicaid funding, among other changes: https://www.budget.senate.gov/ranking-member/newsroom/press/byrd-rule-violations-continue-to-mount-on-the-republicans-one-big-beautiful-bill

Several provisions that may need to be removed in order for the bill to pass would directly (and negatively) affect New York if left in, including prohibitions or reductions in funding to states using "provider taxes" (usually on hospitals, nursing homes, and managed care plans) to fund Medicaid, and offering benefits to people with certain immigration statuses.
